Several us met virtually in the midst of the Covid crisis. We were participating in a virtual summit on work and leadership envisioning life in the ‘’new normal’‘ of the pandemic.
As coaches and consultants with many years of experience supporting clients in private and public sector initiatives ranging from agile or digital transformation, organizational design, strategy, and project execution, we found our experiences and backgrounds were complementary to the variety of challenges our clients were facing.

Sara Nora Ross’s early profession was as an accountant, then CPA, and she specialized in management advisory services. Accountancy led her to become a systems thinker and analyst. Diving into action research, including for the Kettering Foundation, she designed and convened public issues forums, studied community action efforts, and analyzed a wide variety of complex issues and decision dynamics.
She specializes in complex human systems and behaviors. This includes ways to unpack complexity, making “order of chaos.” She created The Integral Process for Complex Issues (TIP), a scalable method to address problems, including where systemic change is needed. Her process designs help people develop additional mindsets and capacities while and by working to make change.
Her professional activity has included , consulting, leadership and faculty roles in university graduate programs, published works, board memberships, editorial roles in several academic journals, and two terms as president of the Society for Chaos Theory in Psychology & Life Sciences.
Patrick Hoverstadt consults in organizational design, strategy, business architecture and organizational change using systems approaches. He has developed a set of methodologies that provide different approaches for: organizational change, performance management, strategic risk, strategy, partnership governance and organizational agility.
Patrick is the author of Fractal Organization published by Wiley, Together with his co-author Lucy Loh, he has also published Patterns of Strategy - a book outlining a radically different and systemic approaches to business strategy.

Benjamin – found on social media as @antlerboy – has worked in organizational effectiveness and adult development across public, private, and voluntary and community sectors, leading the network consultancy he founded since 2009 and in addition social enterprise he also founded since 2016.
He is passionate about the systems/ complexity/cybernetics field, having been interested in deep thinking and the practical impacts of ideas since reading Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Oxford University. He moved from the frontline in a London borough council to Adviser to Mayor, and began his career in consultancy through PwC, then Sector Projects (part of Capita Group, the major UK business process outsourcer), before founding RedQuadrant in 2009. Benjamin curates and shares everything to do with systems/complexity/cybernetics at the Systems Community of Inquiry, hosts and supports and engages with many social media groups and systems societies, and is a Director of Systems and Complexity in Organisation, the systems practitioner professional body. In that capacity, he has supported the development of the UK’s level seven (post-grad) systems thinking practitioner apprenticeship. He is writing two systems/complexity/ cybernetics books, one for Routledge and one for Triarchy Press, and recording two podcasts: Transduction, the systems, cybernetics, and complexity podcast (I have come to sing songs to your cat), and Joy and Work: leading service transformation.
Pierre Neis is a French-German Agile Coach in charge of large Agile Transformations. For the past decade, he has supported 200 companies around the world in their agile journey as a scrum master, product owner, executive, coach, consultant or mentor.
Believing in synergies, Pierre is collaborating actively with most of the major strategy consulting companies for both Agile and Digital Transformation strategies.
He is the author of "The New Normal: AO concepts and patterns of 21st century agile organizations", and co-creator of #play14. Pierre is also contributing in several books and publications about agile management, social sciences, and gamification.
